I washed my clothes here today and for some reason one of the machines wasn't working right on the Blankets Cold setting where it didn't spin and although there was some language barrier with the ladies they remedy the situation by offering to have my clothes rewashed on another machine for free. Also this place is clean, have a lounge area with comfortable seating, vending machines and fully stocked laundry soap and ohh yeah they also offered me free soap to re-wash but I already had some so I give this place a 5 star rating and I can see why it has such a high rating on Google reviews.

Oh my goodness…laundromats have come a LONG way!! This place is amazing! While waiting on my repairman for my dryer, I thought I would check this place out! Tons of machines in different sizes for your needs. I put all mine into one BIG machine and it was awesome! Done in 23 minutes. On to the BIG dryer…done in 23 minutes! Simple, fast, quality, free coffee, lots of folding tables, and even vending machines. Everything you need to get laundry day done fast and efficient!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great experience at Washateria. The place was clean, well maintained, and all of the machines were working great, which made laundry day so much easier. The atmosphere felt safe and welcoming, and everything was organized nicely.

If you’re looking for a place to wash dry or have your things taken care of, this is the place to go!! My go to Laundromat in Richmond! Best service hands down, and the staff is always so very helpful. My kids and I always feel welcomed every visit. They especially love the small tables specifically for them. Clean spacious affordable and peaceful! Oh and if you forgot your soap or dryer sheets, they got you! Thanks Anya for your assistance
